管材靜液壓試驗機/管材爆破試驗機簡介:

  管材靜液壓試驗機是根據GB/T6111—2018《流體輸送用熱塑性塑料管材耐內壓試驗方法》以及GB/T15560《流體輸送用塑料管材液壓瞬時爆破和耐壓試驗方法》標準的要求而設計、生產的,用于測定熱塑性管材、復合管材(如PP—R、PP—B、PP—A、PE、PE—X、PVC、PVC—U、PVC—C及鋁塑復合管等各種管材)在長時間恒定內壓和恒定溫度下的耐壓破壞時間或瞬時爆破的最大壓力值,是塑料管材生產廠商及檢測機構必備的檢測設備。此設備能夠充分體現企業的產品質量的水平。

基本原理:根據管材的不同溫度和壓力和環應力,在工業控制機上輸入不同的參數,高壓泵產生高壓液體,經過壓力控制系統,由高壓軟管輸送給介質恒溫箱內的試樣中,進行管材的長時間靜液壓試驗。

管材靜液壓試驗機/管材爆破試驗機技術特點:

①本項目設備可以自動控制,無須手動調整,方便快捷。

②本項目設備每路由三個電磁閥獨立控制,一路控制管內高壓液體的大流量,實現快速打壓。一路控制管內高壓液體的小流量,慢速補壓。還有一路慢速卸壓。這樣就改變以往流量小,打壓速度慢的缺點,徹底改變由一路控制的局面,大大提高了試驗數據的準確性。

③預熱時間長這是行內該設備普遍存在的問題,本項目中的設備采用恒溫介質水,使高壓管內的水與浸泡達到一定時間水箱內的水,水溫一致,使試驗節省時間,達到理想數據。

④多路分控改變以往一路單控的局面,為客戶提供更大的試驗空間。

⑤所有試驗數據由PLC控制,自動設定,自定計算,所有壓力都具有壓力保持,使試驗數據更加精確和穩定。

The equipment of this project can be automatically controlled without manual adjustment, which is convenient and fast.

(2) The equipment of this project is independently controlled by three solenoid valves in each route, controlling the large flow of high-pressure liquid in the pipe all the way, and realizing fast pressure. One way controls the small flow of high-pressure liquid in the pipe, and the slow compensating pressure. There's also a slow way to unload pressure. This will change the shortcomings of low flow rate and slow pressure speed, completely change the situation controlled by one way, and greatly improve the accuracy of test data.

(3) Long preheating time is a common problem of this equipment in the industry. The equipment in this project uses constant temperature medium water to make the water in the high pressure pipe and the water immersed in the water tank reach a certain time. The water temperature is the same, so that the test saves time and achieves the ideal data.

(4) Multi-channel control changes the situation of single-channel control in the past, and provides more test space for customers.

All the test data are controlled by PLC, automatically set and calculated. All the pressure is maintained, which makes the test data more accurate and stable.
