產品介紹:

氧化誘導時間試驗機是在程序控制溫度下,測定物質氧化誘導時間的專業設備,是測定管材氧化誘導期的專業儀器。可以自動計記錄管材、材料在氮氣氣氛中以恒定速度加熱式樣及參比物,當達到指定溫度時,氣氛切換為相同流速的氧氣。之后樣品在該溫度下恒溫,直到熱曲線上顯示有氧化反應發生。從氧氣流開始流入的時刻,到發生氧化反應的時間間隔,既為氧化誘導期。儀器可以自動記錄氧化誘導期溫度、時間曲線,還可測量物質與參比物之間的溫度差與溫度關系。自動記錄描述樣品與參比物之間的溫度(△T)隨溫度或時間的變化關系。還可以檢測相轉變,熔化,結晶結構的轉變,沸騰,升華,蒸發,脫氫反應,斷裂或分解反應,氧化或還原反應,晶格結構的破壞和其他化學反應。

產品應用范圍:

氧化誘導時間(OIT)是測定樣品在高溫(200攝氏度)氧氣條件下開始發生自動催化氧化反應的時間,是評價材料在成型加工、儲存、焊接和使用中耐熱降解能力的指標。

氧化誘導期(簡稱OIT)方法是一種采用差熱分析法(DTA)以塑料分子鏈斷裂時的放熱反映為依據,測試塑料在高溫氧氣中加速老化程度的方法。

其原理是:將塑料式樣與惰性參比物(如氧化鋁)置于差熱分析儀中,使其在一定溫度下用氧氣迅速置換式樣室內地惰性氣體(如氮氣)。測試由于式樣氧化而引起的DTA曲線(差熱譜)的變化,并獲得氧化誘導期(時間)OIT(min),以評定塑料的防熱老化性能。

儀器符合G B /T 19466.3 /ISO 11357-3 第6部分氧化誘導期。氧化誘導時間(等溫OIT)和氧化誘導溫度(動態OIT)的測定。

Product introduction:

The oxidation induction time tester is a professional equipment for measuring the oxidation induction time of substances under the programmed control temperature. It is also a professional instrument for measuring the oxidation induction time of pipes. It can automatically record the heating patterns and reference materials of pipes and materials at a constant speed in nitrogen atmosphere. When the specified temperature is reached, the atmosphere is switched to oxygen at the same flow rate. Product scope of application:

Oxygenation induction time (OIT) is the time to determine the autocatalytic oxidation reaction of samples at high temperature (200 degrees Celsius) oxygen. It is also an index to evaluate the thermal degradation resistance of materials in processing, storage, welding and use.

The oxidation induction period (OIT) method is a method to test the accelerated aging degree of plastics in high temperature oxygen based on the exothermic reaction of plastic molecular chain breaking by differential thermal analysis (DTA).

The principle is: plastics pattern and inert reference material (such as alumina) are placed in the differential thermal analyzer, so that the inert gas (such as nitrogen) in the sample room can be rapidly replaced by oxygen at a certain temperature. The change of DTA curve (DTA) caused by pattern oxidation was tested, and the oxidation induction period (time) OIT (min) was obtained to evaluate the thermal aging resistance of plastics.

The instrument conforms to Part 6 oxidation induction period of G B/T 19466.3/ISO 11357-3. The determination of oxidation induction time (isothermal OIT) and oxidation induction temperature (dynamic OIT).
