XYZ啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備

  適用于制取各種非金屬管材或板材的標準試樣,刀具耐用,制得樣品邊緣平滑,無毛刺、無塵屑等優點。本新型制樣機采用仿形加工原理,并結合機械傳動原理將螺紋旋轉運動轉變成直線運動;無爬形、受力均勻、運動平穩,試樣與刀具的相對位置可根據實際情況調定。

   試樣的形狀由相應的靠模板形狀控制;工作過程不受操作人員調動的影響;多次重復使用,不需要反復對刀,能得到用戶需要的試樣樣條;減少了工作時間的耗損和提高了操作的通用性、提高了工作效率、降低了加工成本;且在工作臺面上安裝有吸塵裝置,為工作人員提供了良好的工作環境。本新型啞鈴形制樣機可以制取下列試樣:

1、GB/T1040-2006“塑料拉伸性能試驗方法”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

2、GB/T 8804.1-2003“熱塑性塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第1部分:試驗方法總則”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

3、GB/T 8804.2-2003“熱塑性塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第2部分:硬聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)、氯化聚氯乙烯(PVC—C)和高抗沖聚氯乙烯(PVC—H1)管材”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

4、GB/T 8804.3-2003“熱塑行塑料管材——拉伸性能測定第3部分:聚烯烴類管材”中規定的型啞鈴形試樣。

5、GB/T8802-2001“硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材及管件維卡軟化溫度測定方法”及GB/T1633-2000“熱塑性塑料軟化點(維卡)試驗方法”中規定的厚度>6mm的維卡試樣。

6、GB 1634-2004 “塑料彎曲負載熱變形溫度(簡稱熱變形溫度)試驗方法”中規定的熱變形試樣。

7、試樣總長≤170mm,寬16~30mm,3≤厚≤25mm的長條試樣。

8、用戶要求的其它形狀的試樣。

9、本制樣機除可制塑料試樣外,還可制取如“GB/T 16865-1997”中規定的矩形鋁、鎂及其合金制品 試樣,其厚度為:3≤厚度≤10mm。

三、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 設備主要參數:

2、銑刀轉速:2900轉/分

3、工作臺面尺寸:520×390mm

4、試樣厚度:1-30mm

5、重量:85Kg

8、制取試樣毛坯,其尺寸為:

ⅠA型試樣:總長174±2.0,28≥寬≥21;符合GB/T1040、GB/T8804.3中的I型試樣

ⅠB型試樣(GB/T 8804.2中Ⅰ型試樣):總長144±2.0,28≥寬≥16;符合GB/T8804.2中的I型試樣

Ⅱ型試樣:總長148±2.0,28≥寬≥26;符合GB/T1040、GB/T8804.2、GB/T8804.3中的II型試樣

P1型試樣:符合GB/T16865中的矩形試樣中的P1型

厚III型:維卡試樣:總長≤50±1.0,寬10;長條試樣:總長≤170mm,寬=要求尺寸+大于2mm加工量;熱變形試樣。

9、外形尺寸:

長×寬×高=500mm×450mm×450mm

四、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 設備標準配置:

3、啞鈴型ⅠA型模具及靠模一套(滿足GB/T8804.3和GB/T1040.中要求的I型試樣制備),IB型模具及靠模一套(滿足GB/T8804.2中I型試樣的制備),啞鈴型II型模具及靠模一套(滿足GB/T8804.2、GB/T8804.3、GB/T1040中II型試樣的制備),Ⅲ型靠模一套(制取維卡及長度≤146)的長條形試樣.

五、啞鈴制樣機/啞鈴型拉伸試樣制備 可選配置:P1、P2型靠模一套;GB/T16865中規定的鋁、鎂及其合金制品中P1、P2型試樣。



Preparation of XYZ dumbbell prototype / dumbbell tensile specimen

It is suitable for making standard samples of various non-metallic pipes or sheets. The cutting tools are durable. The edges of the samples are smooth, no burrs, no dust and so on. The new prototyping machine adopts the principle of copying machining, and combines with the principle of mechanical transmission to transform the rotational motion of the thread into linear motion; no creeping, uniform force, smooth motion, the relative position of the sample and the cutting tool can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

The shape of the sample is controlled by the corresponding shape of the template; the working process is not affected by the transfer of the operator; the sample spline can be obtained by repeated use without repeatedly setting the knife; the loss of working time is reduced, the universality of the operation is improved, the working efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is reduced. Dust collector is installed on the work table to provide a good working environment for the staff. The new dumbbell prototype can produce the following samples:

1. GB/T1040-2006 dumbbell shaped specimen specified in the "test method for plastic tensile properties".

2. Type dumbbell specimens specified in GB/T 8804.1-2003 "Thermoplastic pipes - Determination of tensile properties Part 1: General rules of test methods".

3. GB/T 8804.2-2003 "Thermoplastic pipes - Determination of tensile properties Part 2: Dumbbell-shaped specimens for rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) and high impact polyvinyl chloride (PVC-H1) pipes".

4. GB/T 8804.3-2003 "Plastic thermoplastic pipes for use--Determination of tensile properties Part 3: Dumbbell-shaped specimens as specified in Polyolefin pipes".

5. Vicat specimens with thickness greater than 6 mm stipulated in GB/T8802-2001 "Determination of Vicat softening temperature of rigid PVC-U pipe and fittings" and GB/T1633-2000 "Test method for Vicat softening point of thermoplastic".

6. Hot deformation specimens stipulated in GB 1634-2004 "Test Method for Hot Deformation Temperature of Plastic Bending Load".

7, the total length of the specimen is less than 170mm, width 16~30mm, and the length is 3 or less than 25mm.

8. Other shape samples required by users.

9. In addition to making plastic samples, the prototype machine can also make rectangular aluminum, magnesium and its alloy products as stipulated in "GB/T 16865-1997". Its thickness is: 3 < thickness < 10 mm.
